EXTREMELY RARE FULL SET OF BESWICK DAVID HAND ANIMALAND CHARACTERS!

This set is completely original and in excellent condition for it’s age – no damage or repair – some minor age-related crazing which does not detract. No missing fingers, toes or ears etc!

This original set consists of eight David Hand’s Animaland characters and was released between 1949 and 1955. Set consists of Dinkum Platypus, Zimmy Lion, Felia, Ginger Nutt, Hazel Nutt, Oscar Ostrich, Dusty Mole and Loopy Hare. Extremely difficult and rare to find the complete set.

Heights range from 10.8cm (Dinkum Platypus) to 8.9cm (Dusty Mole). All have Beswick England mark on their base as well as David Hands Animaland in gold writing.
