ROYAL DOULTON FIGURE “LAMBING TIME” HN1890
Depicts a bearded elderly farmer, dressed in an old-time light brown cloak, black hat and red handkerchief as he tenderly holds a pair of newly born lambs in his arms.
Stands 24cm tall and designed by W. M. Chance
Issued between 1938 and 1981, this particular figure most likely dates back to the 1940s, with an original paper label from the shop in which it was sold in the UK.
Excellent pre-owned condition with no damage or repair. Colours appear richer in photos than they actually are.
